Celvanta Zodiac Materials

The Celvanta Zodiac website, brand name, visual style, text, graphics, service descriptions, layouts, design elements, icons, strategic frameworks, process descriptions, internal templates, methods, creative systems, and other business materials are owned by Celvanta Zodiac or used with permission.

Visitors and clients may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, imitate, or use Celvanta Zodiac materials without written permission, except for normal website viewing or reasonable internal evaluation of services.

Client Materials

Clients may provide logos, brand guidelines, product images, service descriptions, testimonials, customer information, business names, trademarks, website access, social media access, photographs, videos, copy, advertising history, analytics, and other materials. The client represents that it owns or has permission to use and share those materials.

The client remains responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to Celvanta Zodiac do not infringe another party’s copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, or other intellectual property rights.

Drafts and Working Files

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Celvanta Zodiac retains ownership of drafts, unused concepts, rejected designs, preliminary ideas, internal notes, research documents, source files, editable files, strategy frameworks, working files, templates, and production methods.

A client may not use rejected concepts, unpaid drafts, internal strategy materials, or work-in-progress files unless Celvanta Zodiac gives written permission. Payment for final deliverables does not automatically transfer ownership of all drafts, concepts, or source files.

Final Deliverables

After full payment is received, the client receives the usage rights stated in the accepted proposal, invoice, or written agreement for final approved deliverables. If no separate written agreement specifies rights, the client receives a non-exclusive right to use final approved deliverables for the client’s own business marketing purposes.

Unpaid work, rejected concepts, incomplete drafts, and internal materials may not be used, copied, published, modified, or distributed.

Third-Party Assets

Some projects may include third-party assets such as stock images, fonts, icons, software tools, plugins, mockups, templates, or platform features. Usage of third-party assets may be subject to separate licenses, restrictions, fees, or terms from the third-party provider.

Celvanta Zodiac may recommend or incorporate third-party assets when appropriate, but the client is responsible for following any applicable license terms after delivery.

Trademarks

Creation of a logo, name concept, brand identity, slogan, or campaign phrase does not guarantee trademark availability, trademark registration, or exclusive legal ownership. Clients are responsible for conducting trademark searches and obtaining legal advice before using or registering any mark.

Celvanta Zodiac does not provide trademark clearance, trademark filing, or legal opinions unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement with qualified legal professionals.

Portfolio Rights

Unless confidentiality is requested in writing and accepted by Celvanta Zodiac, the company may display completed work, non-confidential deliverables, general project summaries, visual examples, campaign descriptions, and before-and-after comparisons in its portfolio, website, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

Celvanta Zodiac will not intentionally disclose confidential login credentials, private dashboards, sensitive business information, or non-public client documents without permission.

Infringement Concerns

If you believe content used by Celvanta Zodiac infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us with a clear description of the content, proof of ownership, the location of the material, and your contact information. Celvanta Zodiac will review reasonable notices and take appropriate action where required.
