Refund & Cancellation PolicyBilling Rules
This policy explains how Celvanta Zodiac handles refunds, cancellations, deposits, monthly services, completed work, project pauses, client delays, and third-party costs.
General Refund Standard
Celvanta Zodiac provides service-based digital marketing, branding, content strategy, social media management, paid advertising, and campaign support. Unlike physical products, strategy work, planning time, research, creative development, communication, campaign setup, and management work cannot be returned once performed.
Payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, time has been reserved, research has started, strategy has been prepared, creative direction has been developed, assets have been created, platforms have been reviewed, campaigns have been configured, meetings have been held, or deliverables have been provided.
Deposits
Deposits reserve production time and allow Celvanta Zodiac to begin planning, research, strategy, creative development, or campaign preparation. Deposits are generally non-refundable once the project is scheduled or work begins.
If a refund request is made before any work begins, Celvanta Zodiac may review the request and determine whether a partial or full refund is appropriate. Any approved refund may be reduced by payment processing fees, administrative time, consultation time, scheduling costs, planning time, or other costs already incurred.
Project-Based Services
Project-based services may include Brand Identity & Content Strategy, logo refinement, brand guideline development, content planning, campaign architecture, landing page direction, and similar deliverables. If the client cancels after work begins, Celvanta Zodiac may retain payment for completed work, scheduled time, strategy development, drafts, creative concepts, internal preparation, and any third-party expenses.
Cancellation does not remove the obligation to pay for work already performed, approved, scheduled, purchased, reserved, or delivered.
Monthly Services
Monthly services, including Social Media Management and Full-Scale Digital Marketing Campaign support, are billed for the active service period described in the proposal, invoice, subscription, or written agreement. Monthly payments cover planning, scheduling, management time, communication, reporting, platform review, and ongoing execution.
Cancellation of monthly services must be requested before the next billing period according to the applicable written agreement. If no separate cancellation window is stated, clients should request cancellation before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current active service period.
Advertising Spend and Third-Party Costs
Advertising spend, media budgets, platform charges, software subscriptions, stock assets, third-party tools, payment processing fees, hosting fees, app fees, plugin fees, contractor fees, and other third-party expenses are not refundable by Celvanta Zodiac once paid, committed, or incurred.
If advertising spend is paid directly to a third-party platform, refund questions must be handled according to that platform’s policies.
Client Delays
If a project is delayed because the client does not provide required information, approvals, access, materials, content, feedback, or payment, the project may be paused. A paused project does not automatically qualify for a refund.
If a client delay continues for an extended period, Celvanta Zodiac may close the project, reschedule it based on availability, or require a restart fee. Work already completed, time already reserved, and preparation already performed remain billable.
Revision Disputes and Dissatisfaction
Subjective dissatisfaction with a design direction, campaign idea, copy style, strategy recommendation, or creative deliverable does not automatically qualify for a refund. Revision rights are limited to the revision terms stated in the accepted proposal or agreement.
Additional revisions, new concepts, major direction changes, or requests outside the original scope may require additional fees.
Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact Celvanta Zodiac before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Many billing questions can be resolved through review of the invoice, proposal, project timeline, and completed work.
Improper chargebacks for completed or partially completed service work may result in collection action, account suspension, termination of services, and restriction from future work.
Requesting Review
To request cancellation or refund review, provide your name, business name, service purchased, invoice or order information, reason for the request, and any relevant project details. Celvanta Zodiac will review the request based on project stage, completed work, scheduled work, third-party costs, written agreement, and applicable law.
